As you undoubtedly know, there are literally dozens of people claiming to be experts at curing your yeast infection. How do you know who to believe? How do you know they actually use their own system and that it actually works?

Linda Allen is a certified nutritionist and has been involved in the alternative health industry as a medical researcher and health consultant for well over a decade. And, more importantly, she is a FORMER yeast infection sufferer.

On her website she lists all of the methods she used to try and cure her candidiasis. Let's just say the list is extensive. And you have probably used some of them too. I know I have.

They might give you temporary relief but what you are after is permanent relief. On her website, there are many testimonials of people who have used her book and are now free from yeast infection.

Of course, anyone can post testimonials. These, however, have pictures, full names and even audio from former sufferers. It makes me breathe a little easier when I see that. It's not just the generic "Great Product! Tim B. from Ohio."

I have done a Linda Allen review because I have her product - Yeast Infection No More. I have read through the whole 236 pages (yes, you read that right) and I have to say I was impressed with all the information contained in the guide.

I will say it is not a quick fix; rather it aims to get rid of the causes of your candidiasis and not just the symptoms.
